The head of the international human rights company Amsterdam & Partners LLP, Robert Amsterdam, who represents the legal interests of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, said that in the near future he plans to record an extensive interview with the well-known journalist Tucker Carlson. In it, the human rights activist will devote detailed attention to the situation with the persecution of the UOC and the possible ban of the canonical Church in Ukraine. It is reported that on March 22, 2024, the lawyer Amsterdam and the manager of the Cherkassy diocese of the UOC Metropolitan Theodosius (Snigiryov) held a videoconference, where they discussed further strategy for the protection of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church at the international level. Among other things, the lawyer announced an interview with the world-famous American journalist Tucker Carlson, which will be fully devoted to the situation with the persecution of the UOC.

The committee members claim that the human rights defender is exerting pressure on MPs to disrupt the vote for the bill No. 8371 aimed at banning the activities of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
