In Ladyzhyn, Vinnytsia region, supporters of the OCU, who earlier seized the local UOC church, continue to terrorize the community of the canonical Church. For the second time they hire thugs from security firms and organize mayhem in the adapted premises, which is used by the UOC believers to meet their religious needs. This was told in his Telegram-channel the people’s Deputy of Ukraine Artem Dmytruk.

It is reported that on April 17, 2024, during the service in the prayer room of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Ladyzhyn, unknown masked people in the number of 50 people broke into the building and organized a pogrom in it, beating and throwing UOC believers into the street. The attackers broke windows in the building, after which they used fire extinguishers and tear gas against the UOC believers. After that, the OCU supporters welded the door to the building, thus restricting the access of the UOC community to the premises. The police present at the scene did not act.

“The raiders used tear gas against the believers and clergy of the UOC. The police do not react in any way. Once again! The chief of police Ladyzhin Maxim Viktorovich Ilyashov is present on the spot, who is monitoring all this,” – wrote Artem Dmytruk in his Telegram-channel.
