There will be no UOC in Ukraine within a year, MP Dunda

People’s deputy from the Servant of the People faction Oleg Dunda said on Espresso air that bills would be voted in the summer, according to which the UOC will officially not be in Ukraine.

“The Moscow Church will no longer be in Ukraine within a year. This will become a fait accompli and these remnants of the Russian sectarian religion in the form of the UOC (MP) can only remain in the form of the so-called catacomb church,” the people’s deputy said.

He also added that, “most likely, even in this form they will not be in Ukraine. There will be some small sect of parishioners – about 50-100 thousand, but they will disappear.”

“This issue is already inevitable and will be completed by the end of the year. I think that relevant decisions will be made in the summer and bills will be voted – and the UOC (MP) will officially not be in our state,” Dunda said.
