Former “Fatherland” MP Ihor Lutsenko has expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that the state executive service allegedly does not comply with the court ruling on the UOC Tithe church. About it he wrote on his own page in Facebook.
“To the attention of the Minister of justice Denis Malusky and acting Minister of culture Rostislav Karandeyev. I inform you that we are already “celebrating” six months, as the state represented by the executive service has not done anything to fulfill the court decision, which provides for the removal from the territory of the National Museum of history of Ukraine small architectural form, which there illegally erected the so-called Russian Orthodox Church”, – said Lutsenko.
The former MP demanded from the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Culture “and all officials involved to pay attention to this blatant act of national humiliation”.
We will remind, earlier we wrote that the Desyatinny church in Kiev, according to the court decision, can not be demolished without the consent of the UOC.
