The Museum of Ukrainian Folk Decorative Art, which is located in the upper part of Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, will host a lecture entitled “Islam in Ukraine: the role of Crimea in its origin, development, decline and modern revival”. This is reported on the Facebook page of the museum.

The lecture will be conducted by Murat Suleymanov, Mufti of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Ukraine “Umma”.

It is noteworthy that the room where the lecture will be held is adjacent to the building of the Refectory Church of Kiev-Pechersk Lavra.
