On September 9, 2023, journalists of Dialog.TUT submitted a petition against discrimination of the UOC to the website of the Kyiv City Council. But they were denied publication because “the Kyiv administration cannot consider this issue at its level”.

Since the petition was not published immediately, its deadline for publication expired.

After the refusal, the journalists were advised to create a similar petition on the website of the Office of the President.
