On July 13, 2023, the head of the OCU Epifaniy Dumenko arrived in Bilogorodka, Kyiv region, where his supporters recently seized the St. Michael’s Cathedral of the UOC. His visit was covered live on Channel 5, reports the Information and Education Department of the UOC.

The head of the OCU led the service, which was traditionally attended by few locals, and those, as a rule, were representatives of local authorities.

At the end there was an awarding of persons who committed falsification of documents of the religious community and directly participated in the beating of believers of the UOC.

“It is worth emphasizing that the TV channels affiliated with Ukrainian oligarchs are already live advertising how the legislation and the Constitution of Ukraine are being grossly violated,” the report said.
