The court ordered the Ministry of Culture to provide evidence for the consideration of the KPL case

On June 14, 2023, a regular preparatory meeting was held on the claim of the Monastery against the Reserve in the case of invalidating the unilateral termination of the Agreement by the State Institution. According to lawyer Nikita Chekman, the Kyiv Economic Court granted the request of the Monastery’s representatives to request evidence from the Ministry of Culture to consider the case.

“The Reserve accuses the Monastery of violating the terms of the Agreement, in support of which it refers to certain acts and results of inspections (by the way, in which neither the representatives of the Monastery nor the Reserve participated). As a result, the conclusions based on the results of inspections without appropriate confirmation of who and how he allegedly established violations,” the lawyer said.

The court ordered the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy to provide this evidence and adjourned the court session to 07/05/2023.
