Lawyer: The judge is under psychological pressure not to make legal decisions

Lawyer Nikita Chekman commented on today’s court hearing regarding the eviction of monks from Lavra. About this he told on his own Telegram-channel.

“Look what is happening in general. The Reserve wants to evict the monks. Metropolitan Pavel, who is the head of the monastery and the only person who has the right to sign, is being held in the pre-trial detention center. He, an elderly man with health problems, is subjected to psychological pressure on the very day when the case of eviction of the brethren of Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra is being considered,” the lawyer said.

He also added that at all court hearings on the case of Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra there are always SSU officers in the hall, who record everything. Thus they exert psychological pressure on the judge so that she does not make lawful decisions.

“They do not need legal decisions, they need such decisions that they want to fulfill their criminal tasks,” the lawyer finished.

  • За преступные задания придётся отвечать. Если сто лет назад это было через несколько поколений, то сейчас уже ответка летит мгновенно исполнителю сразу.
