Archbishop Silvester of Belgorod celebrated the liturgy in Munich

With the blessing of His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry, Archbishop Sylvester of Belgorod went on a business trip to the city of Munich, where at the invitation of Bishop Gregory of Düsseldorf and all Germany (Serbian Orthodox Church) he celebrated the Divine Liturgy in the Church of the Protection of the Blessed Virgin of the Serbian Orthodox Church. This was reported by the press service of the Kiev Theological Academy and Seminary.

The rector is accompanied by Hierodeacon Nikodim (Shevchuk), head of the office of the Kiev Theological Academy.

During the liturgy, Archbishop Silvester addressed the faithful with a word of greeting and homily. He also shared about the difficult situation that the UOC is currently experiencing and called for unceasing prayers for Ukraine and its God-loving people.
