The People’s Deputy of Ukraine Solomiya Bobrovskaya appealed to the SSU regarding the Koretsky Holy Trinity Monastery of the UOC in the Rivne district, which has the status of a Stavropigial. The deputy published a response from the Security Service of Ukraine on April 25 on his own Facebook page.
The deputy received the answer signed by the First Deputy Chairman of the SSU Sergey Andrushchenko on April 18.
It states that “Rada registered bills, the purpose of which is to prevent the activities of religious organizations in Ukraine, the leading center (management) of which is located outside Ukraine in a state that exercises armed aggression against Ukraine.”
“The SSU wrote that she took into account and will work. But the tone of the answer leaves little hopes for active work. I will continue to monitor the situation, the religious questions will remain a priority,” Bobrovskaya wrote.
