On March 16, 2023, the participants in the meeting of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church stated the fact of intensifying persecution of believers of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (magazine No. 13).
In its decisions, the Synod decided “to state with regret the fact of intensifying persecution of believers of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and call on the international community to raise its voice in its defense.”
