The “bishop” of Sumy and Akhtyrsk Nikodim Kobzar has been appointed temporarily to govern the Kharkiv diocese of the Kyiv Patriarchate, the website of the UOC-KP writes.

The corresponding decree was issued by the Patriarch of Kiev and All Rus-Ukraine Filaret on September 7, 2021.

Recall that the previous head of the Kharkiv diocese, “Bishop” Ilya (Zelensky), died on September 6, 2021 at the age of 51.
