On March 19, 2021, the speaker of the OCU “archbishop” Yevstratiy Zorya came to Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople at his residence in Istanbul. Zorya announced this on Facebook.

“Together with priest Mikhail Omelyan, we arrived in Constantinople to represent the OCU at the enthronement of metropolitan Emmanuel of Chalcedon, which will take place on Saturday, March 20,” Yevstratiy reported.
