The Church of England said Bill 8371 is discriminatory

A well-known American lawyer Robert Amsterdam, who represents the interests of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, said that the synod of the Anglican Church had declared discrimination against believers of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. He wrote about this on Twitter.

The lawyer argues that “Ukraine must wake up and realize the enormous damage intolerance does to religious freedoms.”

Amsterdam quoted from the synodal decision of the Church of England, which says that the bill № 8371 “allows discriminatory interpretation and threatens collective punishment”.

We shall remind you that earlier we reported that American lawyer Robert Amsterdam, who as a lawyer has been representing the interests of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church since last fall, will travel to Kiev in the coming days.
