Poroshenko once again called to ban the UOC

The head of the European Solidarity party, accused of treason, the 5th president of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, has called for the urgent adoption of a law banning the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. He said this on February 7 from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, reports Lb.ua.

“2 years after the invasion, 10 years after the start of the war, 5 years after receiving the Tomos, we still have a lobby of the Russian Orthodox Church, including in this room, preventing after the success in the first reading to consider and adopt as a law this important decision – the elimination of this FSB-ish structure”, – said Petro Poroshenko.

It should be noted that recently in the media there was information that the pre-trial investigation in the case of Petro Poroshenko, suspected of high treason and facilitation of a terrorist organization, has been completed. We are talking about the case about the purchase of coal in the “DPR” and “LPR” during 2014 – 2015. Then law enforcers said that the amount of trades reached about 1.5 billion dollars. In the near future the court will begin to consider the criminal activity of the ex-president.
