Acting Minister of Culture Rostislav Karandeev called the decision of the economic court of appeal on the dismantling of the UOC church in the Desyatinny monastery in Kiev “absolutely fair”. About it reports Telegram-channel of the Ministry of culture.

“The temple-kiosk” was built without any permits in the buffer zone of the UNESCO monument, where any new construction is prohibited. The unauthorized construction also radically disrupted the ensemble of the historical archaeological complex “Tithe Church”,” said Karandeev.

According to the official, “in addition to the violations of monument protection legislation established by the court, Moscow’s henchmen have been spreading anti-Ukrainian narratives with impunity for 14 years, blatantly working for the aggressor country.”

“This is an absolutely fair court decision. Thank you to the lawyers of the ICIP for the extensive work carried out. Thanks to colleagues from the National Museum of History of Ukraine. We continue to liberate the Ukrainian land from Russian filth – on the front and in the rear!”, – added Rostislav Karandeev.
