On the night of September 5, in the Bortnichi neighborhood of Kiev, a “cleric” of the OCU, Vitaliy Matiyashchuk, and unknown persons cut the locks and broke into the Pokrovsky church of the UOC, according to the UOC Telegram channel.

Journalists of “Channel 5” and activists who go to rally under the Kievo-Pechersk Lavra approached the Pokrovsky temple of the UOC.

But also the believers of the UOC continue to defend their shrine. They asked the law enforcers why they do not protect them, but kick them out, how they as citizens of Ukraine differ from those who cut the locks off their church. But the policeman did not give an answer, because he “does not have any information on this matter”.
