The court ordered the UOC to vacate the premises of the St. Michael’s Church in the Kyiv region. This is reported by the Ministry of Culture on its own Telegram channel.

 

“On July 20, the Economic Court of the Kyiv Region ruled in case 911/638/23 on the claim of the National Historical and Ethnographic Reserve Pereyaslav against the Religious Community of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of St.

 

The third party in the case on the side of the Reserve was the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine.
