The Minister of Culture recalled that on June 5, 2023, the ICIP Commission for the Acceptance and Transfer of State Property of the National Preserve “Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra” completed its work and the UOC was supposed to hand over the keys to all 79 objects in the Lower Lavra to the commission of the Ministry of Culture and leave the monastery. He stated this on his Telegram channel.
“We are forced to state that the term has ended, and the UOC has not yet done this. This and all other obstacles will be added to the court case,” the minister said.
He stressed that in early July, the Ministry of Culture is waiting for the decision of the Economic Court of Kyiv “on the obligation of the UOC to eliminate obstacles in the use of property by its owner, transferred in accordance with Agreement No. 2 of 07/19/2013, terminated from 03/29/2023.”
“The report of the ICIP Commission on the acceptance and transfer of property and the requirements of the Reserve will be evidence of numerous violations committed by the UOC,” Tkachenko said.

Минкульт вы сами украли у монахов лавру, когда организовали там музей атеизма.
Верните Лавру прежним владельцам иначе будет великое горе!
