Metropolitan Joasaph (Guben) can enter the Easter service only after the permission of the investigator or prosecutor. This decision was made by the judge of the Leninsky court of Kropyvnytsky Ekaterina Yurieva, reports Suspіlne.

The decision says: “To extend the term of the measure of restraint in the form of house arrest for the suspect Guben from February 27 to April 27, inclusive, within the period of the pre-trial investigation. Prohibit leaving the accommodation from 23:00 to 05:00 the next morning. If necessary, with the permission of the investigator or prosecutor, visit medical institutions for treatment or examination, participate in worship services that take place from 23:00 to 05:00. Refrain from communicating with witnesses and the suspect Kondratyuk.”
