In Lviv, law enforcement officers took custody of an attacker who had committed sexual violence for years in relation to his young daughter. This is stated on the Facebook page of the police of the Lviv region.

It turned out to be the Lviv “clergyman”, “Deacon” of the OCU – the former Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Kyiv Patriarchate. This was reported by the publication by tvoemisto.tv, referring to its own sources of information.

The suspect was exposed by the operatives of the criminal investigation department and the management of the migration police together with the investigators of the department for the investigation of crimes committed against the life of the personality of the investigative department of the police of the Lviv region under the procedural leadership of the Lviv regional prosecutor’s office.

As law enforcement officers established, “the attacker performed depraved actions in relation to his young daughter, forced to make images of a pornographic character with her participation, committed the violent satisfaction of sexual passion in an unnatural way, and also kept children’s pornography.”

“Having reached the age of majority, the victim turned to a psychologist for help and later informed law enforcement officers about the crimes that his father committed for years. The police conducted authorized searches at the place of residence of a man, during which they discovered and seized material evidence of his involvement in the commission of crimes, which his daughter reported. Everything withdrawn is aimed at an expert study. Investigators informed the attacker about the suspicion of a number of criminal offenses. The maximum punishment provided for by the sanctions of articles is up to fifteen years in prison, ”the report said.

The court chose a suspect measure of restraint – the detention without the right to make a pledge. Pre -trial investigation continues.
