On January 30, 2023, the investigating judge of the Leninsky District Court in the city of Kropyvnytskyi considered a petition to extend the preventive measure in the form of round-the-clock house arrest against Metropolitan Ioasaf (Guben). This was reported on the Facebook page of the court.
“After examining all the materials added by the police authority, the court extended the preventive measure for suspect G. in the form of house arrest at night,” the report says.
