On November 29, 2022, in Kyiv, near the building of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, a rally of deputies of the Kyiv City Council from European Solidarity, with the support of activists, was held in support of the appeal to rename the UOC, prm.ua reports.

The activists called on the Constitutional Court to unblock and consider the law on renaming the UOC and “on fixing in its name the actual subordination of Russia.” The corresponding petition on the website of the President of Ukraine has collected 25,000 signatures necessary for its consideration.
