The Vinnitsa Regional Council turned to President Volodymyr Zelensky, the Parliament and the Cabinet of Ministers with a proposal to adopt a law banning the activities of the UOC “in unity with the Moscow Patriarchate.”  The corresponding decision at the session was made by the Vinnitsa Regional Council.

The reason for the appeal is that the UOC “in unity with the MP” “ideologically substantiates and supports the war and justifies all the war crimes committed by Russia on the territory of Ukraine.”
