Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill had a telephone conversation with Metropolitan Hilarion of Donetsk and Mariupol, as he needs to receive first-hand information. This was stated by the chairman of the synodal department of the Moscow Patriarchate for relations between the church, society and the media, Vladimir Legoyda, writes Cleric News.

“We have a very large church. His Holiness the Patriarch prays for the flock of our church, and, of course, it is important for him to receive first-hand information. He is always in touch with bishops from various parts of our church,” Legoyda said.
