A few days ago, Greek websites published articles about the forthcoming visit of the Serbian Patriarch Porfirije to the Phanar.

As reported, the idea of ​​the visit was voiced by the Patriarch of Constantinople Bartholomew during a meeting with the Speaker of the Montenegrin Parliament Aleksa Bečić.

On January 21, 2022, the Tanjug news agency reported that Patriarch Porfirije is not planning any visits to the Ecumenical Patriarchate, writes Romfea.

The Serbian Patriarchate also denies the publications of Greek websites on this topic, saying that it has nothing to do with reality and that under the current circumstances, Patriarch Porfirije does not plan to travel outside the Serbian Patriarchate.
