My first impression was confirmed by the information that it was the German Father Mark from the Russian Church Abroad. Since then, we have met many times. And when, as a young hierodeacon, I spent a week in his monastery in Munich, and today, when I spoke with Metropolitan Mark of Berlin and Germany at the Vvedensky monastery, I left only the impression of breadth and kindness, which are the fruit of decades of living with Russians, their spirituality and culture ”.
