In the Chernivtsi region, the OCU also actively joined the organization of the “pilgrimage” to Kiev, where events are planned on the occasion of the visit to Ukraine of the head of the Church of Constantinople, Patriarch Bartholomew. This was reported in the group “Orthodox Bukovyns of the OCU” on Facebook.

“A pilgrimage trip to Kiev is being organized from 21 to 22 August … A donation for the trip is UAH 500,” the announcement says.

As noted earlier, a similar “rate” is included in the trip from the Volyn diocese of the OCU.
