The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM) completely ignored the mass gathering of believers of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Kiev, without reflecting the event in its reports, said Vladimir Zheglov, Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the OSCE, RIA Novosti writes.

“Unfortunately, the SMM completely ignored this mass gathering, not reflecting it in either daily or weekly reports. We call on the mission to fulfill its mandate fully and responsibly. Facts matter, “Zheglov said at a meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council.
