The UOC-KP recalled who helped the OCU to capture Philaret`s temple in Odessa

In Odessa on Thursday, June 3, the police detained a well-known local “activist” Yevgeny Rezvushkin, reports Strana.

Rezvushkin is suspected of extorting UAH 15,000 from a resident of the Belyaevsky district for an underground gaming salon. Simply put, he offered him a patronage for the money.

Earlier, Rezvushkin was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year under Art. 263 – illegal possession of weapons. That is, according to the law, for any offense committed during the probationary period, the court is obliged to send him to a pre-trial detention center.

A native of Crimea Rezvushkin appeared in Odessa after the Maidan and immediately entered the circle of those close to the infamous activist Mark Gordienko. For six years after the Maidan, Rezvushkin managed to appear in many stories related to extortion, banditry and raider seizures. He gathered under the banner of the Odessa auto maidan a brigade of young people who are ready to participate in any profitable actions for a certain fee.

In addition, in 2020, the activist helped the OCU to rage the Odessa church, the community of which stayed under the jurisdiction of the liquidated UOC-KP.
