If you did not know who Bohdan Zgoba is, we tell you. He is the secretary of the Vicariate of the UOC of the Kyiv Patriarchate in the USA and Canada, the rector of the cathedral patriarchal cathedral of the UOC-KP in Philadelphia and the same person who financed the book about Mikhail Zinkevich.
The book, by the way, “saw the light” in the Greek Catholic edition of Nova Zorya.
So, Bohdan Zgoba celebrates his 45th birthday on May 24. On this occasion, the head of the UOC-KP remotely awards Zgoba with a church order. It is clear that this is not only an award from Filaret on the occasion of the anniversary. This is also a gratitude to Zgoba for the development of the UOC-KP abroad. Still, the official registration of the Vicariate in the United States can be regarded as cementing Filaret’s positions outside Ukraine.
