Greek Catholics and Catholics were present at the funeral of the “Orthodox Hierarch” of the OCU Anthony Makhota

At the disposal of “Raskolam.net” appeared a photo from the funeral of Anthony Makhota, head of the Khmelnytsky and Kamenets-Podolsk eparchy of the OCU, who passed away on March 23.

Judging by the photo, a small number of Greek Catholic and Catholic clergy were present at the funeral. Among those present were Ivan Kulyk, Bishop of the Kamyanets-Podilsky eparchy of the UGCC, and Bishop Leon Dubravsky, Ordinary of the Kamyanets-Podilsky Diocese of the RCC.

There are no official messages about the funeral on the OCU website. The head of the OCU published his condolences in connection with the death of the head of the Khmelnytsky and Kamenets-Podolsk eparchy.

Anthony Makhota died at the age of 55 from complications of coronavirus disease.
