From the fullness of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and from my humility, personally accept my heartfelt congratulations on the election and enthronement of the Serbian Patriarchs to the Holy See.
By the Providence of God, by the action of the Holy Spirit, you are placed in the Primate ministry of the Most Holy Serbian Orthodox Church in a difficult time, when pan-Orthodox unity is in a deep crisis, and Christian values throughout the world are leveled out and replaced by ideas of false humanism. However, knowing you as a worthy archpastor, a doer not ashamed, faithfully teaching the word of truth (2 Tim. 2:15), and also as a fighter of the preservation of canonical order in the Orthodox Church, we rejoice together with the fullness of the Holy Serbian Church for your election. We pray for granting you tenacity and strength to fulfill the high and responsible Primate ministry entrusted to you.
At the same time, we hope that the good fraternal relations that have developed between the Serbian and Ukrainian Orthodox Churches, during your Primate ministry, will develop and strengthen in Christ.
