The published content of the screenshots of the correspondence, presumably on behalf of the OCU hierarch Olexandr Drabinko, confirms the version that this leakage was realized by the team of the head of the OCU Epiphany. This assumption was done in the resources close to the OCU and Petro Poroshenko. They were the first to publish the scandalous screenshots from TG.

According to News24UA, Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople plans to put Mikhail Anishchenko, the canonical exarch of the Phanar in Ukraine, at the head of the OCU instead of the non-canonical “ordained” Epiphany.

“Then, being canonically ordained in the Moscow Patriarchate, Drabinko will have a chance to take one of the leading posts in the OCU. This perspective isn’t real for him under Epiphany, who is surrounded by a team of “self-saints” like himself – persons from the unrecognized “Kyiv Patriarchate”. Therefore, these screenshots can be viewed as a preemptive strike for the “team” of exarch Anishchenko”, as the authors of the publication suggest.
