MPs will register all amendments to the law on banning the UOC by November 2 – mass media

Parliament continues working on amendments to the anti-church bill 8371. The Ukraina Pravoslavnaya weekly citing its own sources in the Verkhovna Rada wrote about it.

It is noted that all amendments to the draft law must be registered by November 2.

“The first type of amendments is what is submitted by the so-called “Deacons of the Mospatriarchate”, the so-called legislative “spam” designed to hinder the process of adopting the law. The second kind of amendments, a whole series of norms that is supposed to ensure the implementation of the law. For example, as the article of the law on the abolition of the court fee during the legal process for the closure of pro-Moscow parishes. The third type of amendments is from the opposition, which wants to make the law more acute”, – the report said.

The newspaper’s sources assure that “votes for the law will be found,” but it is difficult to say exactly when it will be submitted for approval in the hall.
