On the Facebook page, the management of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra Reserve wrote that believers have “free access” to the Lavra’s frames.
In the comments under the publication about the lecture about the Assumption Cathedral, one of the believers wrote: “Anything but prayer… In such a terrible time, you need to pray to God day and night. And you expelled Christians from the holy place and arranged a museum. Services don’t work! This is the abomination of desolation in a holy place.”
The management of the reserve answered these words: “Come, all churches are open… Services are held in all churches, and the Ukrainian prayer continues to sound in the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra.”
But it is known that access to the temples of the Lower Lavra has been blocked since August 11. This moment was not explained in the reserve.
