MP Artem Dmytruk urged not to vote for religious laws

Artem Dmytruk appealed to people’s deputies not to vote for religious laws, which will start infringing on the rights of believers and split the society. This appeal was published on the deputy’s Telegram channel.

“The adoption of laws that restrict the rights of people in matters of religion is unacceptable. Ukraine is a state of law. The rights of citizens to freedom of religion are guaranteed to us by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine,” he said.

Artem Dmytruk also stressed that his position on the bill to ban the UOC remains unchanged.

Addressing his colleagues, the people’s deputy urged not to split the society either on religious or any other grounds.
