The lawsuit states the need to ban the Reserve for the duration of the trial from taking any actions aimed at obstructing the religious community.

In addition, the court also granted the Monastery’s petition to demand evidence, which the latter repeatedly tried to obtain from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, the State Audit Service of Ukraine, however, access to the requested information of the Religious Organization was limited.

Earlier, Archpriest Nikita said that the monastery and its representatives applied to these departments with lawyer requests, trying to find out about the results of the activities of the Interdepartmental Working Group, which allegedly established a violation of the terms of the agreement by the monastery.

The departments did not provide information, arguing that the conclusions are classified as “For Official Use”.
