The Economic Court of Kyiv will consider the case on the illegal re-registration of the Peter and Paul community of the UOC of the village of Khoriv, Ostrozhsky district, the press service of the Rivne diocese reports.

“The case has been accepted for consideration, which means that the religious community of the UOC has every reason to appeal against the illegal actions of the state registrar of the Rivne OVA and the newly formed community of the OCU, which carried out the re-registration in an illegal way,” the message says.
