Reverend fathers remind: it’s difficult to differ things,which are desired to God, from things, to which the enemy of mankind prod us.

If the fruits of deeds are peace, love and unity, so that means they’re pious. But if some or other actions lead to feud and opposition, that means they’re from devil.

The fear of war divide people into two camps. The one begins to look narrowly inside themselves, repent, and, as the result, they find the God, but the other, on the contrary, begins to embitter more, to fire their souls with anger and hate, and thereby, unfortunately, they slip away from Lord.

I appeal to the clergy of our Church. Dear fathers, we stood and defended our Church, when it was tried to be made to walk on non-canonical way. We all are the canonical Church of the Christ, the Church of confessors and martyrs, and that’s why we’re honored in the whole orthodox world. This choice we must make in such hard and lean times. Do no let provocations control you! All church issues must be tackled and looked only within canons and synodic mind.

And all that must be done not under the bags of explosions, but in the Christ world and praying. Emotions are not a good adviser in the dealing with any issues.

We have things to do today. All our strengths and possibilities we must concentrate on pastor servicing and all-round help to all who need this. And there’re hundreds and thousands of them.

We will remain as loyal children of Church of Christ — the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, as loyal to our Primate — His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry.
