Kryvyi Rih diocese of the UOC presented an icon to the Athonite monastery

The Kryvyi Rih Diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church donated the icon of the Holy Great Martyr and Healer Panteleimon to the Russian Monastery of Panteleimon on Mount Athos, Phraza writes.

The icon of the Great Martyr Panteleimon was handed over to the monastery for prayer commemoration for the patronal feast day.

The image was created by engraving on Bohemian glass by the Kryvyi Rih artist Vasily Pilka with the blessing of the hegumen of the Panteleimon monastery, Archimandrite Evlogy (Ivanov).

The icon was consecrated by Metropolitan Ephraim of Krivoy Rog and Nikopol.
