The head of the UOC-KP Filaret Denisenko wanted to contact the OCU so that its leader Epiphany Dumenko would transfer to him the property, which he registered as the property of the new church structure. According to the “Spiritual Front of Ukraine“, Filaret’s former wards refused him.

At the same time, the source in the OCU explained that Epiphany ignored the demands of the “patriarch”, because the UOC-KP no longer exists.

“There is no UOC-KP, so there is no reason to transfer property. Listening to the next ultimatums and threats – what’s the point? And if the patriarch really wants to talk, he can always do it,” said the source of the Spiritual Front.
