“Metropolitan” Drabinko does not deny that his scandalous correspondence could have been published by his colleagues

In recent days, a scandal has broken out in Ukraine, connected with the exposure of compromising material on the “hierarchs” of the OCU, writes the Greek website “Romfea”.

The scandal refers, in particular, to the screenshots of the Telegram-correspondence of the “Metropolitan” of the OCU Alexander (Drabinko), showing the immoral lifestyle of some “hierarchs” of the OCU, images and photographs of erotic and pornographic content, the website writes.

Despite the attempts of the leadership of the OCU, in particular the “Archbishop” Yevstratiy Zori, to accuse the Russian special services of information leakage, a lot of media write about disagreements and “undercover struggle” in the structure of “Metropolitan” Epiphany.

Finally, for his part, Aleksandr Drabinko did not deny the authenticity of the correspondence, but expressed the opinion that the publication could be “leaked” to the Internet by his collegues from OCU. “I know that information was published against me, and I am trying to clarify from which side this attack took place,” the Greek website quotes.

Commenting on the article, the reader of the resource Dimitri Smaragdis writes in his Facebook comment to the article: “The scandal in the Bartholomew’s schismatic structure is not only a matter of ethics. The point is that the alleged Head of Orthodoxy <…> created such a situation in a poor country in order to simply satisfy his insult, first of all, to satisfy the well-known vengeful mania and serve the geopolitical interests of his “defenders”. <…> He built a new structure, beyond any church rules and logic, consisting of individuals with publicly ” hypersexual ” addictions, while everyone knew this.
