As it turns out, the OCU Synod believes that millions of Ukrainian citizens who belong to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church are aggressors, therefore any legal decision of the court in their favor is corrupt until they are renamed or recognize the tomos and follow it.

This is said in commentary of the head of the Legal Department of the UOC, Archpriest Alexander Bakhov on yesterday’s statement by the “Synod of the OCU”.

I thought all the time that the Church should follow Christ, not Tomos, Alexander Bakhov says.

By the way, there is not a single mention of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in the tomos, only the OCU and the OCU! ”, Writes Archpriest Alexander Bakhov.
