In Lutsk, they voted again to ban the UOC

On April 26, during the regular session of the Lutsk City Council, the deputies adopted a decision “On strengthening national security in the field of freedom of conscience and banning the UOC,” reports the Spiritual Front of Ukraine.

In their appeal, the deputies ask the president and the Verkhovna Rada to adopt appropriate changes to the legislation of Ukraine as soon as possible and to ban the activities of the UOC in Ukraine.

36 elects voted unanimously.

The deputies also instructed the Department of Urban Development to conduct an inventory of monuments and lands that are in the possession of the UOC on the territory of the community, and terminate the contracts for the use of these objects. Deputies plan to take a decision on terminating the contracts at the next session.
