A new community in the vicariate of the Russian parishes of the Metropolis of the Phanar

On March 6, 2021, the first Divine Liturgy was held in the new community in honor of Saint Nicholas in the French city of Les Sables-d’Olonne. This was reported in the May 2021 edition of the Vicariate of orthodox parishes of the Russian tradition of the Metropolis of the Church of Constantinople in France.

“God bless this new community, and may it grow in joy!” – the message says.

As informs the issue of La Lettre du Vicariat, the community will gather for divine services once a month: judging by the published photo, the head of the vicariate conducted the first divine service for them, father Alexis Struve. The head of the new congregation of the vicariate is David Andre.
