Victory Day is a sacred day, the second Easter, which merged with the Great Easter of the Lord. Metropolitan Pavel of the UOC announced this in the interview for the Inter TV channel.

“This is a sacred day for me. Day of victory of good over evil. This is the second Easter, which merged with the Great Easter of the Lord,” said the governor of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
