The Kyiv Patriarchate sent another claim to the ECHR

Representatives of the liquidated “Kyivan Patriarchate” sent another one claim to the European Court of Human Rights. This time it concerns the decision of the then head of the Ministry of Culture Yevgeny Nyshchuk on the statutory documents of the UOC-KP. This was reported on Facebook by the head of the legal department of the Kyiv Patriarchate, Neonila Tkachenko.

“A second claim was sent to the European Court of Human Rights regarding the unlawful decision of ex-Minister of Culture Yevgeny Nyshchuk on the “termination” of previous decisions on the registration of the Charter of the Kyiv Patriarchate, and the Charter on the management of the UOC-KP. We will inform about further consideration,” wrote Neonila Tkachenko.
