Romanian Ambassador to Israel David Saranga visited the Holy Land and met with the representative of the Romanian Patriarchate in Jerusalem, archimandrite Theophilos.

“The Romanian Church in Jerusalem is an important point for Israeli culture,” the ambassador said and expressed hope that soon the Romanian Orthodox will be able to visit the Holy Places in Jerusalem again.
